Tacos & More Mexican Kitchen Tucked away on the Waianae Coast of Oahu you will find Taco's & More, a quaint, family-oriented, authentic Mexican Kitchen. The owners, Javier and Laura, are from Mexico City where many of the ingredients are imported. On the Menu, the most popular item is the Sea Bass Fillet ($13.95). This mouth-watering dish is served two different ways, with lime and a garlic-butter sauce or enchilada with a “secret” red spicy sauce. The authentic taste comes from spices Javier gets from Mexico City and the fish is flown in from New Zealand . 85-993 Farrington Hwy |

Mix I love this little joint. The food is fresh and authentic. A new addition to downtown is welcome with perfect flavors and innovative preparations to traditional Italian dishes. The grilled vegetable panini is so flavorful and comes with homemade fries, green beans and tomato salad. 35 South Beretania Street |

Babylon Cafe Some of the best Middle Eastern food in Waikiki especially the vegan falafel wrap. I know food is good when it tastes delicious and once you're done eating, you feel great. I'm constantly craving those wraps now... International Marketplace near the Food Court |

Le Guignol This place has the all ingredients necessary for a great, neighborhood French restaurant. Perfect place for a date with the Ward Theaters around the corner. I love the French onion soup and the chocolate desserts. BYO 1010 S. King Street(808) 591-1809 Hours: Tuesday-Sunday 5p-9p |

Kohnotori Kohnotori's focus is a yakitori-ya, an array of dishes that are grilled in front of you. My favorites are the bacon wrapped asparagus and the beef tongue. Kohnotori is open late, its the perfect place to relax, the food is great and the beer is cold. 2626 South King Street |

Yama's Fish Market The Hawaiian food is outstanding, but what sets this plate lunch place apart is the quality and selection of poke. Their laulaus are awesome! They also cater for private parties. 2332 Young Street(808) 941-9994 Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9a-7p; Sunday 9a-5p www.yamasfishmarket.com |
